2015 May San Antonio Conversations: Senator John Thune and Haley Barbour, former governor of Mississippi
As the Chairman of Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, South Dakota Senator John Thune oversees a broad jurisdiction from transportation, to internet regulation, to aerospace. Former Governor Haley Barbour of Mississippi captivated a national spotlight during his tenure in office dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Join us for a discussion on what the future holds for San Antonio and the nation as Sen. Thune and Gov. Barbour sit down with Jim Henson, Director of the Texas Politics Project in another one of our “San Antonio Conversation” series.
