Join us as we learn to understand the four generations in today's workforce and consumer market. Crystal will share some marketing techniques and strategies to consider for each group. Though individuals vary, many of the characteristics of the societal groupings hold true and can make the difference in whether or not you connect with your customer.
Crystal has been with the SBDC since 2001, She has owned a communications consulting business for 12 years. She has worked in the nonprofit sector writing grants, creating newsletters and other publications and coordinating volunteers. She also worked in government providing services to employers who hire people with disabilities. Crystal holds an MPA from the University of New Orleans and a BS in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin. Crystal lives downtown and is a VIA rider and Riverwalk walker. She is a devoted grandmother and movie buff. Crystal primarily works out of the San Antonio office, but travels to Helotes, Universal City, Selma, Castroville and La Vernia to assist clients.
