SWBC Investment Services adds Inventory Trading
SWBC announced today that SWBC Investment Services has added inventory trading to its fixed income desk. It also welcomed three top bond traders in the industry to help launch this new initiative.
“The development of SWBC’s Investment Services Capital Markets (ISCM) will further solidify our commitment to our institutional offerings which currently include Executive Benefits, Asset Liability Management, and Institutional Brokerage and Advisory Services,” said Kelly Tramontano, CEO of SWBC Investment Services. The enhanced offerings also show how committed the firm is to its financial institution clients. By adding inventory trading to the fixed income desk, potential savings can be passed on to SWBC’s clients.
Scott Rykert, John Tuohy, and PK Marshall have joined the company as Fixed Income Traders. They bring more than 47 years combined experience in fixed income trading to SWBC.
“We are very excited about the level of talent we were able to attract,” adds Tramontano. “We plan to carry an estimated inventory of around $25 million in capital. These traders will allow us to carry a full inventory of taxable and tax-free fixed income products.”
The newly created ISCM will report to Jake Palmer, COO and CCO of SWBC Investment Services.
