Pierce Named as Vice President of Loan Servicing for Generations FCU

Generations Federal Credit Union announced that Ryan Pierce joined the 76-year-old financial institution as Vice President of Loan Servicing. In this role, Pierce will be responsible for thecreation and development of the centralized loan servicing department in order to better facilitate and enhance the member experience.

Pierce brings more than 15 years of experience in both lending and operations to Generations with a particular focus on management and operational efficiencies. Prior to joining GFCU, he served as a Vice President of both Lending and Branch Administration for other financial institutions.

“Ryan is an essential addition to our lending department, and the depth of experience he brings in both operations and lending will enable us to continue to build upon the substantial and successful growth our credit union has experienced over the past few years,” said Jack Curtis, Senior Vice President of Retail Lending for Generations Federal Credit Union.

Pierce received a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an M.B.A. from Texas State University. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Crosspoint, Inc., a nonprofit organization that offers an array of services to assist those in need through mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, life skills enhancement, and transformational residential services.
