Windflower – The Hill Country Spa has the perfect blend of fitness and relaxation:  “UnWINEd” Yoga Happy Hour, returning for another season with outdoor yoga classes served alongside a terrific selection of Texas wines and a fabulous view of the setting sun over the rolling hills of Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa. Throw a corkscrew into your fitness routine on the spa’s private back porch every other Thursday beginning March 17th at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa.

Fit, fun, fabulous and fermented, UnWINEd, outdoor yoga classes paired with a happy hour at Windflower – The Hill Country Spa at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, are a sure-fire relaxation combination. UnWINEd guests may enjoy the amenities at Windflower – The Hill Country Spa from 4 to 6 PM the day of each event.

UnWINEd will flow from 6 – 8 PM every other Thursday through September 1st, featuring the yoga class from 6:30-7:30 PM. UnWINEd guests can check into Windflower as early as 4 PM to enjoy the spa’s amenities prior to the event and enjoy a selection of cheeses, crackers and crudité beginning at 6 PM. Hot appetizers will be available after the yoga session and wine will be served beginning at 6 PM.

Whether you’re new to yoga or are someone who includes it as a regular part of your fitness routine, you’re sure to enjoy UnWINEd surrounded by the beauty of Mother Nature before retiring to the spa’s serene back porch to enjoy rustic views of the Texas Hill Country while sipping a selection of Texas wines. The wine selection will vary at each event, but will always focus on Texas wines.
 
Open to both the general public and resort guests, each UnWINEd is $20 per person. UnWINEd attendees may enjoy access to Windflower’s amenities beginning at 4 PM the day of the event, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon in the eucalyptus steam room or take a dip in Windflower’s gorgeous private pool. It’s the perfect way for you to relax and refresh both your physical and mental health. “UnWINEd” Yoga Happy Hours are led by the talented yogis of San Antonio’s Yoga Den and Fitness. The classes are suitable for any level of student, as well as any fitness level, and focus on balance, strength, and flexibility through standing, seated and prone positions with a relaxation segment at the end of class. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat with you, or if you need one, the resort has a limited selection of mats available.
