About the Company: Raba Kistner has offered professional consulting services with passion and integrity for more than 48 years. Paul Lampe is the Executive Vice President and oversees all construction materials engineering and testing, inspection, and management services, supervising operations and financial management of seven Texas locations in Austin, Brownsville, Dallas, Freeport, Houston, McAllen and New Braunfels from the division’s headquarters in San Antonio. In his corporate capacity as a member of the North SA Chamber Board of Directors, Paul has played a major role in the development of many of the significant projects in the San Antonio community since 1981.
 
About the Council: The mission of the Finance Council is to assist and serve the membership, board of directors and chamber staff in achieving its financial goals and objectives. This Council provides monthly financial statements, prepares annual comparisons, tracks financial trends and reviews internal controls.​ Additionally, this council plans and executes the CFO Forum that hosts three luncheon programs per year.

Personally Speaking: Paul has enjoyed working with the volunteers of the CFO Forum and serving as a Board Member over the years. "Through the North SA Chamber, I have had the opportunity to get to know members of the City Council, County Commissioners, State Representatives, Senators and numerous other public officials. The advocacy work that the North SA Chamber does for San Antonio and membership is unparalleled," says Paul.
