About the Program: Leadership Lab is an award-winning program that fosters and enhances leadership by focusing on a foundation of relationship building and professional development utilizing new and innovative practices. More than just a nine-month experience—the relationships nurtured and the personal development gained from the program inspire greatness in personal and organizational leadership.
 
Personally Speaking: Melodye is a graduate of the 2008 North Chamber Leadership Lab Class, served on the 2009-2010 Leadership Alumni Board as a Director and Sponsorship Chair and President in 2014. Melodye also served on the steering committee for the Leadership Lab class of 2014 and is the Chair of the 2015 Leadership Lab. Melodye is on the Board of Directors for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Lead SA Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. In 2016, Melodye will serve on the North Chamber's Executive Committee as the Chair of Leadership and Professional Development.
