About the Company: Chris Monroe serves as the Director of Season Ticket Retention at Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E). Chris and his team focus on developing relationships with season ticket holders and providing a benefits program that members find valuable, convenient and personalized. The Spurs have a history of winning on the court but more importantly, with the Holt family’s vision and guidance, the organization has established a culture founded on the core values of integrity, success and caring.  In addition to the Spurs (NBA), SS&E includes the Stars (WNBA), Rampage (AHL), Austin Spurs (NBA D-League), San Antonio FC (United Soccer League) and events & concerts at AT&T Center and Toyota Field.
 
About the Program: Chris will be entering his second year as the Membership Council Chair for the North San Antonio Chamber Commerce in 2017. The Membership Council focuses on increasing and maintaining North Chamber membership through new member development and existing membership retention. This Council’s foremost goal is ensuring member satisfaction and orienting members with the chamber’s organizational structure and participation opportunities to encourage involvement and a return on their membership investment.
 
Personally Speaking: Chris is not only active as the membership chair but has encouraged and supported the Spurs involvement in the North SA Chamber for man years. “The Spurs and the North Chamber have been teammates in helping San Antonio grow for more than 40 years,” says Chris.
