MODERATORS
Gary L. Arnold, President, Integrated Peak Solutions, LLC. (IPS) is an expert at helping individuals and organizations discover, align and focus on achieving their goals. By emphasizing leadership development, he helps them realize their own internal strengths, as well as, those they need to build upon. Prior to opening IPS in 2006, Gary held Human Resources Management positions with two global manufacturing organizations. He has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelors in Professional Aeronautics and numerous certifications for training and development. Gary was able to learn many of his leadership and training skills from his 22 years in the U.S. Army. Gary is a member of the SAMA Board of Directors and a former Board Member of the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association. He has presented numerous seminars, lunch presentations and Plant Ops SIGSs for SAMA. His company, Integrated Peak Solutions, helps organizations achieve people and process excellence by providing consulting and development services to customers and community organizations. IPS is building a rich history of improving the organizations it services though its efforts to ensure anyone who comes in contact with them sustains a positive development experience.
Michael “Mike”McIver has completed fourteen years as the Vice President of Manufacturing with Pressure Systems International also known as PSI. PSI is the originator and continues to be, after twenty -four years, the global leader of Automatic Tire Inflation Systems. Mike joined PSI in 2003 following a seven-year term with Phillips Semiconductors as a Production Supervisor. The manufacturing road was not easy for Mike, but continuously seeking to improve, seeking understanding through mentorship, and finding value in others' experiences has helped Mike understand the value of effective leadership. Mike also relies heavily on his own experiences and service in the U.S. Military and Teaching PreK-12 in public schools.
Bob Buckley, Vice President of Operations for the San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind and former Director of Manufacturing at Kinetic Concepts. Bob is a Past Chair of the San Antonio Manufacturers Association. He has over 35 years of operational experience in both low and high volume manufacturing environments, proficient in production, finance, service and repair, quality, materials, project and supply chain management. Bob received his BA in Economics from Eisenhower College and his MBA in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology where he was the recipient of the Dean's Scholastic Award.
