We go to school to learn technical skills, When we excell in those positions we get promoted to leadership positions. However, many organizations don't invest in leadership training until people are in the position. So they start making mistakes and alienate their team members.

I focus on preparing future leaders for the positions they are progressing towards. Helping them understand themselves, why they communicate and behave the way they do given their personality, and how to adjust their communication to better resonate with others.

Within this focus is helping people lead an energized and fulfilled life. To often leaders top out and feel trapped, unsure of what they want to do next. I help each find the job that energizes them, so they can find the life that fulfills them.
