About Us
Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann formed Cleary Zimmermann in 2006. They had worked together for years managing the engineering department of a legacy architecture and engineering firm. Though they may not have realized it then, they were building a shared passion for serving people and engineering excellence. Following a major reorganization of that firm to focus on architecture, Wade and Danny came together to form a new engineering firm that espoused those same values: a firm that not only implements innovative engineering practices, but also keeps client service at the forefront of everything it does. At the time, some of the cutting-edge services included BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and a little later, becoming the first MEP firm in Texas to carry NEBB® certification in Commissioning. And while these services were and still are attractive to clients, Wade and Danny built their practice steadily using their innate ‘People First’ service attitude.
Today, Cleary Zimmermann serves clients across Texas, throughout several other states, and some in Canada with one-stop building systems solutions in four practice areas: Building MEP, Industrial MEP, Commissioning, and Water/Wastewater. Wade and Danny have built a team of superstars who share their passion for serving people and the attainment of engineering excellence in our field and continue to lead their firm the way they started it, keeping their core values close at hand.
