Morningside Ministries Names Steve Herlich Vice President of Development
Morningside Ministries Senior Living Communities has named Steve Herlich the new Vice President of Development. In this role, Herlich will be responsible for internal and external fundraising efforts, including the research of grant opportunities and partnerships.
Herlich brings over 20 years of non-profit fundraising experience to his new position. Prior to joining Morningside Ministries, he served as the Director of Development for other non-profit organizations in San Antonio including Boysville, Inc. and the San Antonio Children’s Museum.
“Steve is a valuable addition to Morningside’s development department, and the experience he brings in non-profit fundraising will effectively contribute to our mission to enhance the dignity and quality of life of older adults, their families and caregivers,” said Alvin Loewenberg, President and CEO of Morningside Ministries.
Herlich received a B.A. in Biology and Philosophy from Trinity University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a member of the Planned Giving Council of San Antonio and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
