SWBC Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on two new developments, both Class A Apartment projects.

The first project, Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch, broke ground earlier this year on the west side of San Antonio. Upon completion, it will have 300 units comprised of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Tenants will enjoy a ranch-themed clubhouse with a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor gathering areas and grills, direct access or detached garages, a private entrance gate system, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The proposed construction time for Twin Creeks at Alamo Ranch from start to finish is 18 months.

SWBC Real Estate broke ground this month on its second project, known as Timberview Ranch, which is located in the City of Grand Prairie and within the Mansfield ISD attendance zone. Upon completion, it will consist of 304 Class A garden-style rental units. The buildings will be constructed of wood framing with some stucco, but mainly of stone/brick veneer exteriors. The average unit size will be 871 square feet with three different unit sizes, comprised of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.
 
Stylish interior features of the apartment units include nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and storage, crown molding in formal living areas, a stainless steel double sink with disposal, a spacious pantry, oval soaking tubs, and walk-in showers. Tenants will also enjoy access to a 7,000 square foot clubhouse with a resort-style pool and spa with a cabana area, outdoor grills, direct access and detached garages, a private entrance gate system, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a dog park. The property is located just to the west of Joe Pool Lake – a popular spot in the DFW area for recreational activities such as boating, swimming, fishing, and hiking, as well as designated areas for camping. Timberview Ranch should be completed at the end of 2016.
 
For both projects, Galaxy Builders serves as the general contractor and Cross Architects as the architect.
