About the Company: Joe Irizarry is Vice President of Raba Kistner, Inc., a San Antonio-based project management, engineering and environmental consulting firm. Joe oversees the firm’s business development, marketing and strategic planning services. His background includes sales management, consulting, planning, and leadership development.
 
About the Council: The mission of the Finance Council is to assist and serve the membership, board of directors and chamber staff in achieving its financial goals and objectives. This Council provides monthly financial statements, prepares annual comparisons, tracks financial trends and reviews internal controls.​ Additionally, this council plans and executes the CFO Forum that hosts three luncheon programs per year.
