About the Company: Jennifer is the Senior Marketing Specialist for Padgett Stratemann & Co. (PS&Co.), San Antonio’s second largest CPA and business advisory firm. PS&Co. provides a range of sophisticated accounting, audit, tax, and business consulting services. As the senior marketing specialist, Jennifer is responsible for managing the firm’s public relations and marketing communications, including newsletters, brochures, and digital and social media, and manages the firm’s special events. She has been with PS&Co. since January 2011.

About the Program: Leadership Lab is an award-winning program that fosters and enhances leadership by focusing on a foundation of relationship building and professional development utilizing new and innovative practices. More than just a nine-month experience — the relationships nurtured and the personal development gained from the program inspire greatness in personal and organizational leadership. Jennifer is the 2016 Chair of the program.

Personally Speaker: Jennifer has been involved with the North Chamber since graduating from Leadership Lab in 2006. She has served on the Leadership Lab Alumni Board from 2011-2012 and 2014-present, and has been on the Leadership Lab Steering Committee since 2012. Jennifer has also previously served on the North Chamber Digital & Social Media Committee and Athena Award Selection Committee for the Enterprising Women's Conference. “I am a huge believer in the Leadership Lab program and the tremendous personal development and growth tools it offers to the participants. I am excited to share my passion for this program with the 2016 class and to help grow a future leaders for the San Antonio community,” says Jennifer.
