About the Program: The Enterprising Women’s Conference (EWC) is a full-day leadership and professional development conference that provides a powerful learning environment with informational keynote speakers and breakout sessions and strategic networking opportunities culminating with the ATHENA Leadership awards luncheon. Since 1994 the North Chamber has been the exclusive host for this esteemed program which seeks to inspire others to achieve excellence in their professional and personal lives.
 
Personally Speaking: Tracey has been a member of the North Chamber of Commerce since 2010 joining the Small Business Leaders Awards committee and the EWC committee. Moving to San Antonio from New York in 2009, Tracey did not know anyone, other than family in Texas. “For me personally, the North Chamber was my beacon to develop my network of professional colleagues and get involved; all of which have played an instrumental part in my professional growth,” says Tracey. “The North Chamber plays a significant role in our community being the center sphere of influence relating to community issues and governance. Today, as businesses and communities are more dependent upon each other for their success, the chamber’s role has evolved. Chambers today help build stronger communities by keeping its membership focused and involved in top business, civic and social issues and priorities in the community.”
