NSAC Virtual Cooking Class: Spice of Life Catering
Chef Mike Bomberg, and Chef de cuisine, Vinay Reddi, will be preparing a “salmon en papillote” topped with wilted spinach and seafood.
A version of the dish will also be available on their Mother’s Day packages which will benefit Eva’s Heroes!
