Patience - Yours. Mine. Ours
Virtual Workshop Description
Speaker, Elijah Breault entered foster care at 13 years old. When he was 16, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After his surgery, he went from student athlete to being wheelchair bound with no language ability. In his quest to go to college and eventually earn two degrees, he discovered that patience with himself and others would be vital.
Patience is a key competency that we especially need during the COVID-19. A renewed inspiration about yourself, your family, your team members, your organization and our community will occur after hearing Elijah’s story.
This workshop is held in honor of the THRU Project: Fostering Hope after Foster Care
