We are pleased to welcome Joe Condit to the Ranch Hand team as Director of Business Development for Ranch Hand Truck Accessories. He previously worked for Kaspar Companies during the development stages of ‘Shiner Landing’, a residential section on the west side of Shiner, TX.
 
In his new position, Condit will work with both Ranch Hand Truck Accessories and their seven Truckfitters stores, which are currently located in San Antonio, Boerne, Houston, Cedar Park and Irving, Texas; Oklahoma City, OK; and Colorado Springs, CO. 
 
Condit’s primary focus will be to identify and pursue potential growth opportunities and enhance brand recognition for both Ranch Hand and the Truckfitters stores. He will coordinate special events at the stores, co-brand with other manufacturers and work to make Ranch Hand’s participation at various trade shows more effective. His extensive marketing background will be valuable in helping Ranch Hand accelerate the growth of their reputation as the ‘industry leader’ in the heavy duty aftermarket for truck and SUV accessories.
 
Condit's many accomplishments in the past have been impressive. In one case, as CEO of a small holding company, he successfully took two different companies from the concept stage to the ready-for-sale stage; and as Co-founder & President of another company, he grew sales from zero revenue to $400K annually. He also helped another company under his umbrella in the foodservice industry grow from zero to representing 70 million dollars of food spend in just two years. 
 
A native of Ohio, Condit is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he majored in Business Organization Communication. In his spare time, Condit enjoys basketball, running and wakeboarding. His new office is located at the Ranch Hand Truckfitters store in Cedar Park, near Austin.
